I felt a little stronger today.
I actually managed to get myself off the ground a few times when doing burpees and jump. This is progress, however small. Knowing just three workouts has already made such a difference pushes me to keep going.
My modified WOD (see photo) was 3, 5, and 10. Worked my butt off and it felt good (when it didn't feel like I was going to pass out).
More good news: I didn't have the urge to cry. Emotions in control? Check.
Not sure if I'm going to CFR tomorrow. If not, I probably won't get back in until Tuesday which feels like a little too much time off.
